Amenities
Relax and enjoy the comfort and charm of Inkaneep Point Resort. The cabins are situated 15 meters from the edge of Osoyoos Lake on a south-facing bay. The resort has over 450 feet of beach in front of the cabins to ensure maximum privacy.
All Cabins have the following amenities:
Full kitchens in each cabin with dishes, cutlery, glassware and pots/pans for cooking
We provide Linens and bath/kitchen towels
Each cabin has a separate bedroom with a Queen size bed and single size bed
plus a second Queen size bed in the main living area
Bathrooms have a tub and shower combination
(except Cabin 7 which has a shower only)
Inside sitting and dining area
Picnic tables and shaded seating areas under the grape arbor and shade trees in front of the cabins
Barbeque stands for small gas barbeques (Customers bring their own barbeque)
Propane Firepit areas on the beach for evening fires (Customers can bring their own fire-rings or we have two available for rental)
Free pedal boat and row boat for use in the bay
Free Wireless Internet access

The Waterfront Lodge at Inkaneep Point Resort
For a group of couples or larger family group
Located on the point with beaches on both sides, the Waterfront Lodge is perfect for up to 5 couples or a larger family group as it has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large glassed in porch and living room area. The Lodge has all amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and stunning views of the lake. The Lodge is rented weekly during July and August and nightly in June and September with dates available from August 30 to September 13, 2025. Contact us via email for rates and availablity
